The RIT Office of Faculty Diversity and Recruitment and the Kate Gleason College of Engineering have partnered together to offer Pathways to RIT – engineering edition, a virtual "academic open house" to learn more about faculty career paths and opportunities. This program is specifically designed for historically underrepresented minority and women Ph.D. students, postdoc fellows and early career researchers who are interested in an academic career
